Nice to meet you
I’m Charlotte
offering online counselling from the Welsh Borders
I believe you are the expert on your own life.
For many years, you have likely been the person everyone else turns to. You have mastered the art of listening to others’ needs, anticipating their shifts, and holding the circle for everyone but yourself.
I am the founder of Eluna and a Person-Centred counsellor (qualifying June 2026). Primarily, I’m dedicated to supporting women through the profound transitions of midlife—those who are ready to stop performing their lives and start living them from the inside out.
Your First Session: I offer our initial full session completely free of charge. It is a quiet, no-pressure space for us to meet, for you to share what is on your heart, and for us to see if we feel like the right fit.
My Approach: The Caim
I have built my practice on the concept of the Caim—an ancient Celtic idea of a protective circle of love, compassion, and sanctuary. In our sessions, my role isn’t to fix you or direct your path. Instead, I provide the core conditions of safety and honesty that allow the noise of the world to fade so you can finally hear your own intuition.
Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, and a deeply thoughtful listener. Rather than sitting in a clinical silence, I offer reflections that help you see your own patterns and strengths in a clear, new light. Specifically, I sit alongside you as a fellow traveller, helping you move from an external way of living to one rooted in your own truth.
How We Work Together
I work purely from a Person-Centred perspective. Because of this, I trust that you carry the innate wisdom needed for your own healing. I don’t arrive with a pre-set agenda; similarly, I follow your lead and offer a relationship rooted in deep empathy.
Common themes I support women with include:
- Feeling Stuck or Lost: Making sense of emotional numbness and rediscovering what brings you life.
- Anxiety & Overthinking: Moving from constant doing into a more peaceful state of being.
- The Weight of Caregiving: Finding your own identity after years of putting others first.
- Relationship & Family Dynamics: Exploring boundaries and finding your voice within your connections.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF SPACE
I am currently in the final stages of my training, qualifying in July 2026. I am a student member of BACP and adhere to their ethical framework. You can contact me on elunacounselling@gmail.com with any questions, or book in for a FREE ONLINE SESSION
